Sky Germany reports that Jamie Leweling’s contract with VfB Stuttgart contains a release clause of €20-25 million.
Jamie Leweling has taken another step forward in his development this season and was recently rewarded with his first call-up to the German national team.
And the fact that Leweling scored the winner on his senior international debut to lead Germany to a 1-0 win over the Netherlands only added to the hype surrounding the 23-year-old, who is reportedly being watched by a number of top English clubs.
Should any of the interested parties decide to step up their interest, there is a release clause in his contract worth €20-25 million that can be activated, according to Sky Germany.
Interestingly, Bild recently claimed that there is no release clause in Leweling’s contract.
Stuttgart made Leweling’s loan move from Union Berlin permanent in the summer, tying him to the club until 2028.
