Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly looking to wrap up their first piece of transfer business for the summer of 2026.
According to Sport Bild, Die Werkself are planning to trigger a buy-back option of €5-6 million to re-sign Kerim Alajbegovic from RB Salzburg.
The 18-year-old winger left Bayer Leverkusen’s youth team to join RB Salzburg earlier this year for a reported €2 million fee.
Since then, the youngster has established himself in Salzburg’s first team, scoring six goals and providing one assist in 21 games so far.
He made his senior international debut for Bosnia and Herzegovina in September.
