Bayer Leverkusen appear to have found a replacement for the long-term injured Patrik Schick.
According to multiple reports ‘Die Werkself’ are closing on on the signing of Victor Boniface from Royale Union Saint-Gilloise.
Sport1 reports that the 22-year-old striker is already in Leverkusen to go through a medical.
If everything goes according to plan, Boniface will sign a five-year deal with Leverkusen.
Just one year ago, the Nigerian forward moved to Belgium from Norwegian side Bodø/Glimt.
Since then, he has scored 17 goals and provided 12 assists in 51 matches.
