Lens predicted XI v Monaco: Elye Wahi set for first start

After coming off the bench against Paris Saint-Germain last week, Elye Wahi is now set for his first start for RC Lens against AS Monaco on Saturday.

Lens will be without Przemyslaw Frankowski for the trip to the Principality, whilst Andy Diouf is also a slight doubt for the fixture. However, Franck Haise is expected to field a largely unchanged side, that despite the club’s difficult start to the current campaign. After finishing just one point behind Paris Saint-Germain last season, they have picked up just one point in their first three games. Les Sang et Or lost on the opening day against Brest, drew against Rennes and then lost against PSG last weekend. Against Monaco, Lens will likely field Wahi from the start, and he will add some much needed firepower.
