If reports hovering in the air are believed to be true, Lazio have managed to secure the services of Marcos Antonio from Shakhtar Donetsk.
According to the world-renowned transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano, Lazio have agreed to pay €10million (including various bonuses) to land Marcos Antonio this summer.
On the other hand, Sky Italia reports that the player will sign a five-year contract with Biancocelesti for a net salary of around €900k per season plus add-ons.
It is understood that the figure regarding the add-ons will depend on the club’s qualification for the Champions League/Europa League and their success in lifting the coveted Scudetto.
As per the report, Antonio will undergo his medical test next Tuesday. The 21-year-old Brazilian racked up three goals and one assist from 28 matches in all competitions for Shakhtar Donetsk last season. Lazio have recently been linked with a summer move for Filip Djuricic.
