La Liga have late this week forwarded a letter of complaint to the board at Real Madrid.
This comes in relation to a recent social media post on the part of Blancos winger Vinícius Jr.
Vinícius was of course forced to watch on from afar earlier this week, as his teammates slipped to a 2-0 Champions League defeat at the hands of Liverpool.
The 24-year-old, though, made clear the fact that he was taking in proceedings at Anfield from his home in Madrid.
This came by way of a post on social media, in which Vinícius showcased a photo of the matchup on an online stream.
After it became clear that the Real Madrid man was making use of an illegal stream, anger was sparked in the La Liga offices, amid a concerted push against as much on the part of Javier Tebas and co.
As per Relevo, Spanish football’s governing body therefore sent a letter directly to their counterparts at Real Madrid, requesting that no such piracy takes place moving forward.
