Sky Germany reports that Ghanian attacker Daniel-Kofi Kyereh has opted to sign with SV Werder Bremen.

Several Bundesliga outfits (most notably SC Freiburg) have been linked with FC. St. Pauli attacking midfielder Daniel Kofi-Kyereh. The 26-year-old, entering the final year of his contract has long been a player the Kiezkicker considered cashing in on. Sky’s German outfit announced that SV Werder Bremen won the race for him on a broadcast program yesterday evening.
The Ghanian scored 13 goals and added 11 assists across all competitions last season for his Hamburg-based club. His current market value stands at €3 million in the latest transfermarkt listings. According to Sky, a full transfer should be finalized soon.
