Jonas Wind will miss Wolfsburg’s upcoming game against Bayern due to a thigh injury.

VfL Wolfsburg will be without Jonas Wind when they face reigning champions Bayern München in the Bundesliga on Sunday.


Talking to reporters at a press conference today, Wolfsburg coach Niko Kovac explained that the Danish international has picked up an injury that will keep him out of the game.

“Jonas Wind injured his thigh in training yesterday and is definitely out,” Kovac said.

Bartol Franjic and Kilian Fischer are both doubtful, while long-term absentee Yannick Gerhardt remains sidelined.
