Juventus picked up a compact 1-0 win over Udinese on Saturday to go upto second in the Serie A table, but they notched up some pretty impressive stats on the way.
While the Old Lady were struggled in the beginning of the season and axe seemed to be hovering over Max Allegri’s head, the Italian has turned it around incredibly. Their last loss in Serie A came against Milan and that was the last time they conceded a goal in the division, implying that they have won all eight games since then and have not conceded even once.
This is their first eight-game unbeaten run in four years now but OptaPaolo also state that the Old Lady have kept 12 cleansheets in 17 games so far and this is the highest tally at this point of the campaign since Cagliari managed more back in the 1966/67 season.
Interestingly enough, Juve’s next game will be against league leaders Napoli.
