Juventus not listening to Vlahović offers, reveals Italian journalist

Although some recent reports have linked Dusan Vlahović with a move away from Juventus, the striker looks set to stay in Turin during the upcoming transfer window.

Vlahović has started his second season for Juventus strongly, with 6 goals in 10 matches for the Bianconeri. The Serbian striker was sidelined for a while before the World Cup and only managed to get limited minutes for his nation, in which he did score one goal (against Switzerland).

Now that Vlahović has returned to Juventus, he has been injured again. It has been widely reported that he is a doubt for the Bianconeri’s first fixture in Serie A after the break against Cremonese.

This has again caused suspicion about a transfer amongst Juventus fans. Earlier this month, Corriere dello Sport had linked Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United with a move for Vlahović.

According to Italian journalist Mirko Di Natale, the Bianconeri have nothing to worry about. He told Get Italian Football News:

“Juventus don’t want to listen to offers for him. I don’t know if he’s central to Allegri’s project, but he is very important for Juventus.”

Vlahovic arrived at Juventus from Fiorentina in controversial circumstances in January of 2022 and while his goals per 90 minutes stats have dropped, he has still scored some important goals for Max Allegri’s outfit.
