Ivan Perisic has agreed to join Tottenham Hotspur on a free transfer this summer, with Inter determined to fill the gap with a fresh addition.
According to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Inter have identified Cagliari’s Raoul Bellanova and Udinese’s Destiny Udogie as two preferred candidates to replace the Croat at the club. As far as the saga around Perisic is concerned, it is suggested that his medical in London will take place on Monday.

The report further claims that Inter are willing to invest in young prodigies. As Udogie, 19, and Bellanova, 22, are both young and have shown glimpses of brilliance for their respective clubs, the Nerazzurri management could lean towards bringing any one of them in the summer. But the club will not try to sign a like-for-like replacement, considering that they landed Robin Gosens from Atalanta in the January transfer window on a loan deal with an obligation to buy.
Since joining the club, the German has played 17 matches for Inter in all competitions so far, mainly owing to the brilliant run of form that Perisic was enjoying down the left flank during the latter stage of the campaign. It would be interesting to see whether or not the 27-year-old could live up to the expectations and emulate the output of the Croatian international next season.
