Inter have made a great start to the season with Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram both firing but according to Daniele Longo, they could look to bolster the attack with Mehdi Taremi next summer.
Taremi is 31 and has been at Porto for three years. He boasts an impressive record of 83 goals in 164 games but is looking for a new challenge outside of the Portuguese league. His contract expires at the end of this season and he is unlikely to renew.
With Martinez and Thuram both 26 and forming such a strong partnership, the question may be asked as to why Inter are looking elsewhere, but their attacking depth is lacking and an experienced goalscorer like Taremi is an asset to any team.
The 31-year-old has however had a tough start to this campaign, netting just twice in 11 league games so far. Inter will keep tabs on him through the season.
