Denis Huseinbasic has left Kickers Offenbach to sign for FC Köln.
FC Köln have completed the signing of Denis Huseinbasic from Kickers Offenbach.
The 20-year-old midfielder has put pen to paper on a deal until 2025 with ‘The Billy Goats’.
“Denis Huseinbasic is a sought-after young player with a lot of room to develop. Therefore, we believable that he can make the enormous leap from the fourth to the first division,” said FC Köln managing director Christian Keller.
“However, Denis knows that he will have to work hard on himself and the areas he needs to develop. Our coaching staff will give him the necessary help and impulses. At the same time, Denis will get the time he requires that his development needs.”
Husenbasic stated:
“I am proud to be a part of the FC family in the future and I want to thank everyone who has helped make this possible – especially my family. I will do everything to make sure that the team is successful and to reach our goals. I’m looking forward to being at a great club with incredible fans in a wonderful city.”
