Harry Kane already a key figure in Bayern Munich’s dressing room

According to SportBild, Harry Kane has already become a key figure in Bayern Munich’s dressing room despite only joining the team in August.

Within the club, it is considered a formality that Kane will be inducted into the team council eventually, a task the striker is ready for. The current members of the team council are Manuel Neuer, Thomas Müller, Joshua Kimmich, Leon Goretzka and Kingsley Coman.

It is suggested that Kane is already as important as Müller and Kimmich and has overtaken Neuer. Kane is already England’s captain and was vice-captain at Tottenham behind Hugo Lloris during his time in North London. Since moving to Munich, Kane has scored three goals and provided one assist in his first three Bundesliga games.

Neuer has been demoted in the hierarchy due to his long-term absence from his broken leg suffered on a skiing trip. The 37-year-old is expected to make his return to the team later this month.
