The former Shakhtar Donetsk forward hasn’t settled into life in Turkey as he would have hoped and HSV could prove to be a route out.

Hamburger SV are reportedly working on signing Danylo Sikan, according to the Turkish newspaper Sabah Spor.
The German first division club is preparing to make an offer for the striker who currently represents Trabzonspor.
Sikan hardly plays a role under coach Fatih Tekke, which is why the club would probably be open to a transfer.
The 24-year-old only joined the Süper Lig from Shakhtar Donetsk at the beginning of the year for a €6million fee.
So far, Sikan has made a total of just nine appearances this campaign while scoring one goal and providing one assist.
This isn’t enough to establish himself in the first team, therefore a loan move starting in January would be conceivable.
