Leon Goretzka expects to be fit for Bayern Munich’s Bundesliga clash with familiar foes Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.
The 28-year-old midfielder was forced off in the first half of Germany’s 3-2 loss to Belgium last night, but played down the severity of the injury after the match.
“My feeling is good. I twisted my ankle because I got the ball against my toe. But I should be fine for Saturday,” Goretzka told reporters after the game.
Goretzka and Bayern are currently one point behind Borussia Dortmund at the top of the table.
