Tottenham Hotspur transfer news as Thomas Frank, Fabio Paratici and Johan Lange get to work in the January window
Tottenham have been one of the more busier clubs in the January transfer window, with the Lilywhites already confirming several incomings and outgoings.
Conor Gallagher joined in a permanent deal from Atletico Madrid on Wednesday, with Thomas Frank’s side paying around £34.7million (€40million) for the midfielder’s services. The Englishman will wear the no.22 shirt at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
“I’m so happy and excited to be here, taking the next step in my career at an amazing club,” Gallagher said. “I wanted to be a Spurs player and thankfully the club felt the same. It was very easy, it happened very quickly and I’m ready to get on the pitch.
“I know how great the fans are, I’m really happy to be a part of it here and want to create special moments and memories together.”
Fabio Paratici and Johan Lange continue to be hard at work behind the scenes and more incomings could soon be announced, with a new winger on the agenda.
A number of exits have also already been confirmed, with Brennan Johnson’s £35million departure to Crystal Palace the most high profile so far.
With that said, football.london takes a closer look at all the moves completed by Tottenham so far this January.
