Sport Bild reports that Liverpool head coach Arne Slot is in frequent communication with Bayer Leverkusen’s Jeremie Frimpong

Liverpool head coach Arne Slot is apparently a big fan of Bayer Leverkusen full-back and fellow Dutchman Jeremie Frimpong.
According to Sport Bild, Slot and the 24-year-old Netherlands international are in “regular contact”.
The report also claims that Slot spoke warmly of signing Frimpong last summer.
Frimpong is contracted to Leverkusen until 2028, but reportedly has a release clause of €40 million in his contract.
Time will tell if Slot’s advances will bear fruit. It was recently reported that Frimpong would prefer a move to Barcelona or Real Madrid.
