SC Freiburg have agreed a deal to sign Daniel-Kofi Kyereh from St. Pauli, per Kicker.

Kicker reports SC Freiburg are set to complete the signing of Daniel-Kofi Kyereh after agreeing a transfer fee with FC St. Pauli.
Per the German football magazine, Freiburg will pay €4.5 million plus potential bonuses to sign the 26-year-old attacker, with the signing expected to be made official today.
Kyereh scored 13 goals and provided 11 assists in 32 games through the 2021/22 season. His contract with St. Pauli runs until 2023.
