Germany coach Hansi Flick has confirmed that Marco Reus will miss tomorrow’s UEFA Nations League clash with Italy.

The Borussia Dortmund captain didn’t initially travel due to flu-like symptoms.

Accordingly, Reus will miss tomorrow’s match, but he should be available for Tuesday’s clash with England.

“Everything is fine with Marco. He’s doing a separate training session today and tomorrow. Then we will have contact again and if everything goes according to plan, he will come to Herzogenaurach tomorrow evening and will then be part of the squad [against England],” said Flick today.
