Hansi Flick has opened up about his choice to leave Niklas Süle out of his Germany squad for the upcoming matches.

Germany coach Hansi Flick has explained his decision to leave Borussia Dortmund central defender Niklas Süle out of his squad for the upcoming matches against Ukraine, Poland and Colombia.
“My job is to make sure that every player reaches his full potential,” Flick said in an interview with the FAZ.
“Niki’ could be one of the best defenders. His potential is huge. But I think he still needs to improve. I want him to take a step forward in his attitude and mentality.”
Süle, 27, last played for Germany at the World Cup.
