Danish newspaper B.T. reports that FC Köln have had an offer for Luca Pfeiffer turned down by FC Midtjylland.
FC Köln have reportedly had a bid for 25-year-old forward Luca Pfeiffer turned down by Danish outfit FC Midtjylland.
According to Danish publication B.T., ‘The Billy Goats’ offered €2 million for Pfeiffer, but that wasn’t enough to prize him away from Midtjylland.
Per the report, Köln could face competition for the striker’s signature, with clubs from the 2. Bundesliga also said to be showing interest in him.
Midtjylland paid €1.5 million to acquire Pfeiffer from Würzburger Kickers in 2020. He spent last season on loan at Darmstadt, scoring 17 goals in 32 games in the 2. Bundesliga.
