Real Madrid star Endrick has spoken out on his lack of game time over the early weeks of the new campaign. This of course comes fresh off the Brazilian providing any who may have forgotten of his unquestionable talents.
With Real Madrid trailing AS Roma by three goals to one during the 2nd-half of a Champions League clash, Endrick was introduced off the bench.
This marked just his 2nd appearance of the season to date.
And en route to an eventual 4-3 comeback for Los Blancos, the young striker proved himself a key figure. After first bagging an assist, Endrick then turned goalscorer to level things up five minutes from time.
Speaking to the media after being named Man of the Match at the Stadio Olimpico, the 20-year-old was therefore drawn on his challenging campaign to date.
And boss José Mourinho will no doubt have been delighted with Endrick’s response, as follows:
“I am sure Mourinho does what is best for the team. If I have to play, I will. If not, I won’t.”
