After spending last year on loan at NEC Nijmegen, 20-year-old Turkish attacking prospect Ali Akman is headed out on another season-long-loan. Whereas previous reports linked Akman with Galatasaray Istanbul, the former Buraspor player will actually be returning to the Turkish second division.
Both clubs involved confirmed a year-long-loan with an undisclosed purchase option on Sunday evening. Eintracht Frankfurt wished the youngster well during his stay at Göztepe Spot Kulübü, a recently relegated Turkish Süper Lig club hoping to claw their way back to the first division.
Akman scored six goals in 32 appearances during his last loan spell in the Erdevisie. He maintains a masrket value of €1.2 million in the latest transfermarkt listings.
