Bild reports that Eintracht Frankfurt have yet to receive an offer from Napoli for attacking midfielder Jesper Lindstrøm contrary to reports in Italy.
Reports in Italy suggest that Napoli are interested in Lindstrøm and will move for him if Hirving Lozano leaves the club for the MLS this summer. However, the reigning Italian champions have yet to make any form of contact with either Frankfurt or Lindstrøm over a move.
Frankfurt want close to €35m for Lindstrøm and the 23-year-old has previously attracted interest from Juventus and Newcastle United. While RB Leipzig have also previously submitted an offer for Lindstrøm worth €25m but it was immediately rejected by Frankfurt.
It is clear that the Dane is ready to take the next step in his career this summer having played a key role in Frankfurt’s Europa League triumph in 2022.
Lindstrøm played 84 minutes for Frankfurt in their opener against SV Darmstadt which they won 1-0 thanks to a goal from Randal Kolo Muani in the first half.
