Eintracht Frankfurt head coach Oliver Glasner has confirmed that Randal Kolo Muani will train on Tuesday ahead of their DFB Pokal semi-final against Stuttgart on Wednesday evening.
Speaking ahead of the tie, Glasner said: “It’s looking good…” after the Frenchman missed Eintracht’s game against Augsburg at the weekend due to an adductor problem.
As Kicker note, Eintracht’s drop in attacking output is frightening. In the first-half of the season, only Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig scored more than Eintracht and in the 13 games in 2023, only FC Köln have scored less. Of the 14 goals that Eintracht Frankfurt have scored since MD18, Kolo Muani has seven of them.
Defensively, Glasner added that Evan Ndicka has trained well and if the Frenchman feels fit enough, then he will start against Stuttgart on Wednesday. Djibril Sow is also available whilst Jesper Lindstrøm remains an option. At left-back, this game is expected to come too soon for Philipp Max.
