According to Kicker, Eintracht Frankfurt hopes that they can reach a decision and conclusion on Randal Kolo Muani’s future today (Wednesday).
Frankfurt and PSG are continuing to negotiate over a transfer for the 24-year-old and are reportedly still far apart in their valuation of Kolo Muani. The Bundesliga side will continue to hold out for around €100m for Kolo Muani, while PSG have recently offered €80m plus Hugo Ekitike, according to Sky Germany, but Frankfurt are still holding out for the desired amount.
Kolo Muani has been in agreement with PSG for weeks over a transfer and the negotiations over a transfer fee has been the only stumbling block in completing the deal. Yesterday, the 24-year-old publically made his desire clear that he wants to join PSG this summer.
Frankfurt aim to replace Kolo Muani with Ekitike, however, the 21-year-old must take a pay cut if he is to join die Adler. So, if Ekitike is to be used a make weight in the deal for Kolo Muani, then PSG must wait for Frankfurt to agree personal terms and hope Ekitike is willing to take a pay cut to join the club.
