Bild reports that Eintracht Frankfurt aims to eventually sell centre-back Willian Pacho, who only joined the club in the summer from Royal Antwerp in Belgium.
Scouts from top clubs in Europe have already travelled to Deutsche Bank Park to watch the Ecuadorian, with Premier League clubs showing the most interest. A move to England would appeal to the 21-year-old as he would be able to reunite with Moisés Caicedo who he played with in youth academies in Ecuador.
It has previously been reported that Frankfurt has an internal ranking of their desired price for some of their top assets. The aim for Pacho is that Frankfurt will aim to receive €40m by the time he is eventually sold. However, as Christopher Michel of Sport1 points out, Pacho’s initial performances in the Bundesliga suggest that he is not close to the internal valuation.
Since moving to the Bundesliga for €9m in the summer, Pacho has played in every single game for Dino Toppmöller’s side as Frankfurt currently sits ninth in the table.
