Borussia Dortmund are now in the race to sign AIK Fotboll talent Kevin Filling, according to the latest update from Sky Germany.
The Westphalian club’s sporting director Sebastian Kehl supposedly wants to ensure the 16-year-old striker joins BVB.
However, Manchester United are still pushing to sign Filling, but no agreement has been reached with any club yet.
Although the Swedish star’s contract doesn’t expire until June of 2028, Filling could leave AIK as early as this winter.
The talented attacker has already featured in 9 games for AIK in the Allsvenskan and has found the net twice so far.
Filling could be set to follow in the footsteps of Liverpool marksman Alexander Isak who joined Dortmund as an 18-year-old in 2017.
