Borussia Dortmund are reportedly close to agreeing personal terms with Brighton & Hove Albion’s Pascal Gross.
Brighton & Hove Albion and Germany midfielder Pascal Gross has been linked with Borussia Dortmund for some time now, and there now appears to have been a breakthrough in the negotiations.
According to Sky Germany, Dortmund and Gross are very close to reaching a verbal agreement on a contract that will either run until 2026 with a one-year option, or until 2027.
With only final details to be ironed out with the player, the Black and Yellows are expected to open talks with Brighton about a transfer fee in the near future.
The 33-year-old central midfielder is valued at around €7-10 million with one year left on his contract.
Gross joined Brighton from Ingolstadt in 2017, and has emerged as a key player for the Premier League side.
He made his debut for Germany in September 2023 and has made eight appearances for Julian Nagelsmann’s side.
