After a long road to the Grandest Stage of Them All, we are now on the cusp of WrestleMania
41. This year’s edition will be another historic event for the company. The main event will see John Cena fighting to win his record 17th WWE
Championship, as he takes on the Undisputed Title holder Cody Rhodes in Las Vegas, Nevada. This will mark the first time that WrestleMania will be live-streamed on Netflix since the company’s migration to the streaming media platform. It will also be the fifth time that the Showcase of the Immortals will be held over two nights.
With WrestleMania just a couple of nights away, the match card is already rounding into form. But with one more pitstop remaining with Friday night SmackDown set to take place, perhaps another match or two could join the fray. Here is what we know about WrestleMania 41 so far.
Dates
WrestleMania 41 will take place on Saturday, April 19, and Sunday, April 20, 2025. This will be the latest installment of WWE’s biggest annual event, continuing the two-night format that started in 2020.
The decision to hold WrestleMania over two days allows for an expanded match card, giving more superstars in the company more opportunities to compete on wrestling’s biggest stage. With April 19 and April 20 falling on a Saturday and Sunday, it aligns with WWE’s recent scheduling pattern, making it more accessible to global audiences.
Location
Allegiant Stadium — Las Vegas, Nevada
WrestleMania 41 will take place inside the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, the home of the NFL team the Las Vegas Raiders since 2020. It is a domed multipurpose stadium with an expandable capacity of 71,385.
It will be the first WrestleMania to take place in the city since 1993, where WrestleMania 9 wowed 16,891 passionate WWE fans inside Caesars Palace. What was known as the WWF back then, the title changed hands twice in one night. Yokozuna defeated the defending champion Bret Hart for the WWF title. Then Hulk Hogan beat him in just 22 seconds to take the belt off him.
Start Times
WWE has announced that both days of WrestleMania 41 will start at 7 PM ET. That means UK fans will need to stay up until midnight before this year’s Showcase of the Immortals kicks off. Last year’s WrestleMania also started at 7pm ET (or 12am BST), which was one hour earlier than the previous three years. The show is expected to last about four hours on both days, so UK fans should prepare to hit the sack sometime around 4am. Nonetheless, this should be an annual tradition for WWE UK fans who look forward to the ‘Greatest Spectacle in Sports Entertainment’ every year.

How to Watch
Live stream coverage for WWE WrestleMania 41
UK fans who are willing to stay up late to watch WrestleMania 41 live can stream the show via Netflix. In 2024, the WWE struck a historic 10-year, $5 billion deal with Netflix, where all weekly episodes of Raw, SmackDown, and NXT, and all Premium Live Events, including WrestleMania, are streaming on the platform.
With that said, people who have a Netflix subscription and are also paying for the WWE Network will no longer need to shell out £9.99 per month to catch their favourite WWE shows in 2025. Currently, a Netflix subscription can set you back at least £4.99. The cheapest tier, however, includes advertisements and allows just one device to stream at a time. Meanwhile, a “standard” Netflix subscription is priced at £10.99 per month. With this, ads won’t disrupt your WrestleMania weekend. You can also enjoy the show in HD and even split the bill with another buddy since you can stream two devices simultaneously. There is also a premium subscription that doesn’t have ads, allows you to watch in ultra HD, and stream on four devices at the same time. This will set you back £17.99 per month. As for WWE fans in the United States, they can watch WrestleMania 41 exclusively via Peacock.

The Road to WrestleMania is very much in full swing with the four world title matches already set in stone. Jey Uso punched his ticket to WrestleMania by winning the Men’s Royal Rumble Match. He ultimately chose to finish his own story by challenging Gunther—a man he has yet to conquer in WWE— for the World Heavyweight Championship. Meanwhile, Charlotte Flair returned after a year-long hiatus and won the Women’s Royal Rumble match. The Queen chose to face Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Championship at the Showcase of the Immortals. Their rivalry has undergone a personal twist as of late, and it will all come to a head at the Grandest Stage of Them All.
John Cena won the Men’s Elimination Chamber match and will get his chance at a historic 17th world title reign by challenging Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship. While Cena’s win at the Chamber gave a temporary feel-good moment for fans, the 16-time world champion shocked the WWE Universe by turning heel for the first time in over two decades. Cena and Rhodes have been going at each other verbally over the past few weeks. The two will have one final confrontation in the final SmackDown before their championship match that will close Night Two.
Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and CM Punk are set to take their feud from the Royal Rumble in Indianapolis, all the way to Las Vegas and WrestleMania. CM Punk will finally achieve his dream of headlining the Show of Shows as his showdown with the two former SHIELD members will be the main event of Night One. Likewise, the Second City Saint has cashed in his favor by getting Roman Reigns’ Wiseman, Paul Heyman, to side with him during this bout. Rollins, meanwhile, has stood tall over the last couple of weeks in the lead up to this personal battle. With all three having their respective personal vendettas against each other, this should be an explosive way to cap off Night One.
Bianca Belair punched her ticket to WrestleMania by winning the Women’s Elimination Chamber match. Originally challenging Iyo Sky, who dethroned Ripley as Women’s World Champion on the WWE Raw edition after the Chamber, Rhea Ripley would end up forcing her way into the match, resulting in a Triple Threat for the Showcase of Immortals.
Jey Uso isn’t the only member of his Bloodline in a title match, as Jacob Fatu will face LA Knight for the United States Championship, in what could be a crowning moment for the Samoan Werewolf amid his meteoric rise. Likewise, the Intercontinental Championship will be defended by Bron Breakker against hot newcomer Penta and two Judgment Day stablemates Dominik Mysterio and Finn Balor in what should be a wild Fatal Four Way contest.
The feud between Naomi and Jade Cargill will become the first non-title women’s match in WWE history to take place at WrestleMania. Meanwhile, Logan Paul will continue his streak of blockbuster matches as he will take on another icon in AJ Styles at the Show of Shows. Speaking of Judgment Day, a former member has also earned his place on the stacked card as Damian Priest will settle his personal differences with the Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre in a Sin City Street Fight. Last but not least, in terms of singles matches, the whacky feud between El Grande Americano, who may or may not be disguised as Chad Gable, and Rey Mysterio has earned a spot on the WrestleMania 41 match card.
In terms of tag team action, the War Raiders are set to defend the World Tag Team Championships against the New Day at Night One. Last but not least, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez will put their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships on the line against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria at WrestleMania Sunday.
