According to Marca journalist José Félix Díaz, Cristiano Ronaldo has two potential new destinations as he bids farewell to Manchester United.
The report states that Ronaldo’s future lies in either staying in England or leaving for Saudi Arabia. The Portuguese forward is reportedly considering joining Newcastle United. Al-Nassr is also an option and both clubs have the same owner, Mohammed Bin Salman, heir to the throne of Saudi Arabia.
Newcastle already tempted him over the summer and he would arrive as a free agent in the January transfer window, which opens on 2 January.
Spanish outlet Relevo report that Ronaldo would also be open to a move to either Real Madrid or Atlético Madrid but it’s unlikely for that to happen at this point.
