Chelsea would price Armando Broja out of a move if a club enquired about signing him, according to journalist Simon Phillips.
The 21-year-old striker has not been a regular starter under Graham Potter, but Phillips says he is a player who his manager trusts and one the Blues want to keep hold of.

What is the latest news involving Broja?
Italian outlet TUTTOmercatoWEB recently reported that Chelsea could offer Broja and Christian Pulisic to AC Milan in a deal to sign Rafael Leao.
The Portuguese forward is thought to be a target for the west London club, with The Times claiming that they held discussions about signing him back in August.
Broja only put pen to paper on a new long-term contract in September, so talk of Chelsea offering him to Milan is a bit of a surprise.
However, the £78,000-a-week Albanian is not a starter at Stamford Bridge right now, while the Blues continue to be linked with other forwards, including RB Leipzig’s Christopher Nkunku.

What has Phillips said about Broja and Chelsea?
Despite the above, Phillips has told GIVEMESPORT that Chelsea do not have any plans to loan or sell Broja.
Speaking to GMS, the journalist said: “I don’t think a loan move will happen, and I also don’t expect a permanent move to happen because Chelsea now hold all of the power there. If any clubs enquire, I think they would price him out of a move because they rate him highly at the club.
“They want him to stay. Potter trusts him, not enough to start him regularly yet, but he trusts him to come on and make an impact and make a difference.”

Should Chelsea sell Broja in January?
It would not be a surprise if Broja attracted a lot of interest in the next transfer window.
During the summer, reports claimed that the likes of West Ham, Newcastle United and Everton all looked at the Albania international.
Chelsea, however, should not be too quick to get rid of him. While Broja may not be a starter under Potter, he still looks to have a role at Stamford Bridge.
Broja has been coming off the bench, making over 15 appearances in all competitions for the Blues this season. Simply put, you would not say he is surplus to requirements.
From the player’s perspective, he may want more than that. But if not, Chelsea should probably be looking to keep hold of their academy graduate.
