Carlo Ancelotti: “We have achieved something that nobody expected.”

Carlo Ancelotti spoke to TVE after winning Real Madrid’s 14th Champions League.

“I think we’ve come out of a difficult game. We suffered a bit in the first half. The commitment was perfect. We’re very happy.

“They did very well at the back. The plan worked out well.”

Ancelotti then spoke to Real Madrid TV a few minutes later.

“We have achieved something that nobody expected at the beginning. I was confident. I know these players very well in these matches.”
