Borussia Dortmund youngster Jamie Bynoe-Gittens is reportedly set for a long spell on the sidelines.
BVB coach Edin Terzic revealed at a press conference today that Bynoe-Gittens was still awaiting a final diagnosis as to whether he would need surgery after suffering a shoulder injury in Friday’s 1-0 win over Hoffenheim.
According to Ruhr Nachrichten, it’s clear that the 18-year-old winger will need surgery on his damaged shoulder, and he is therefore expected to be out for around three months.
Mahmoud Dahoud suffered a similar injury two weeks ago and will also be out for a longer period of time.
Bynoe-Gittens has featured four times for BVB this season, scoring once.
