According to a report from Sky Sports CH journalist Sacha Tavolieri, newly promoted Premier League side Burnley have agreed a €14m deal to sign Lazio’s French winger Loum Tchaouna (22). It was previously reported that the deal had hit some complications when new Lazio boss Maurizio Sarri wanted to keep the player, but the Clarets are now looking to complete the deal early next week.
Tavolieri previously reported that the 22-year-old is keen on a move to England, and was pushing to move to the Clarets this summer. A five-year contract is already on the table for the player.
The France U21 international made his breakthrough for Stade Rennais before moving to Italy in 2023, representing Salernita before moving to the Italian capital to join Lazio last season. He has made 24 appearances for the Roman side this season, scoring one goal.
