Werder Bremen are among “several Bundesliga clubs” showing interest in Jean-Paul Boetius, according to the player’s agent.

Jean-Paul Boetius’ agent, Erkan Alkan, has revealed that his client has attracted interest from a number of Bundesliga clubs, including Werder Bremen.
“There are several Bundesliga clubs interested in him,” Erkan said in an interview with Bild.
“One of them is Werder Bremen. They have called and inquired about him.”
Boetius’ contract with Mainz expires in two days and will not be extended. The midfielder featured a total of 129 times for the club, racking up 13 goals and 23 assists.
