According to a report from Foot Mercato, Blackburn Rovers have submitted an offer for La Louvière winger Vicky Kiankaulua (22).
The French winger, who came through the ranks at EA Guingamp, featuring for the first team on four occasions, is flourishing in the Belgian third division with La Louvière. Kiankaulua has made six starts in 18 appearances in the league this season and has scored three goals in that time.

He is now enticing clubs further up the pyramid to invest in him, according to Foot Mercato. The French publication reports that Blackburn Rovers, currently 17th in the EFL Championship, have even submitted an offer for the 22-year-old winger. However, the English club may face competition from Belgian top-flight clubs Anderlecht and Charleroi, who are both considering moves to sign Kiankaulua, who arrived in Belgium just six months ago.
