Hoffenheim managing director for sport Andreas Schicker expects highly-rated midfielder Tom Bischof to consider his future over Christmas.
Bischof’s contract expires at the end of the season, and Hoffenheim are doing everything they can to extend it.
However, with interest from a number of Bundesliga clubs including Bayern Munich, the 19-year-old hasn’t made up his mind yet.
“He will use the holidays to talk to his family,” Schicker said after Saturday’s 2-1 defeat to Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Despite the number of clubs interested in Bischof, Schicker remains hopeful that the 19-year-old will sign an extension to his expiring contract.
“He knows what he has at TSG,” he said.
