Bernardo Silva not joining Barcelona

Bernardo Silva will not join Barcelona this summer, according to journalist Luis Rojo.

Manchester City are no longer listening to offers for the Portuguese playmaker, who was reportedly keen on a move to Barcelona, having also spoken to Xavi.

According to The Athletic, the player knew that a move to Barça would be complicated as there were no significant advances between the clubs.

Silva came on as a second half substitute in City’s 4-0 home win over Bournemouth at the weekend.
