Reports have recently suggested that Bayern Munich youngster Adam Aznou could be heading out on loan in January in search of more game time.
However, the 18-year-old right-back has now made it clear that he’s not interested in leaving Bayern in the winter transfer window.
“I don’t want to go on loan at the moment,” Aznou told Bild.
“Going away for six months is not the best option for me. Maybe in the summer we will talk about it – but that will depend on how the next few months go until the end of the season and what is best for my development,” said the 18-year-old.
Having been handed his senior debut in 2024, Aznou is determined to keep working hard in the new year.
“I want to fight for my place among the professionals. That’s a big challenge at Bayern!”
