On Monday evening, Bayern Munich announced that goalkeeping coach Toni Tapalović has been released with immediate effect.
“As our goalkeeping coach, Toni was involved in the successes of recent years. We would like to thank him for that,” commented FC Bayern board member for sport Hasan Salihamidzic.
“Differences, particularly over the way we worked together, have now led to us going our separate ways. We wish Toni Tapalović all the best for the future.”
Tapalović has worked as Bayern’s goalkeeping coach since 2011.
