Sport Bild report that Bayern Munich are set to make a decision on Kingsley Coman’s future in the coming days. The Frenchman has a contract with the Bundesliga champions until 2027 but is a candidate for departure this summer.
Coman scored five goals and provided four assists in 28 Bundesliga appearances under Vincent Kompany last season, but the 28-year-old started just 14 games.
One team that has shown an interest in signing Coman is Arsenal. The Premier League side made contact with the Frenchman’s entourage as they look to bolster their wide areas ahead of the 2025/26 season. Coman could well leave Bayern if he doesn’t sign an extension as the Rekordmeister set their sights on additional signings, including Nico Williams, who would occupy the France international’s position.
News of Coman’s future comes just hours after it emerged that Leroy Sané would be leaving the club on a free transfer after rejected Bayern Munich’s latest contract offer. The 29-year-old is set to sign a three-year deal with Galatasaray.
