Bayern Munich are apparently stepping up their efforts to sign Stade Rennes’ Désiré Doué.
According to French outlets RMC Sport and Foot Mercato, Bayern have made a fresh offer worth €55 million including add-ons for the player.
Reports have claimed that Bayern has an opening bid of around €35 million turned down by the French club.
Doué is said to be open to joining Bayern Munich, but there is no final decision yet, with Paris Saint-Germain also believed to be interested in securing his services.
Despite his young age, the 19-year-old winger has made 76 appearances for Rennes, scoring 8 goals and providing 7 assists.
