Paul Wanner’s loan out to newly promoted 2. Bundesliga side SV Elversberg was officially confirmed on Friday afternoon.

German-Austrian midfield talent Paul Wanner’s loan-out to Germany’s Saarland is confirmed. The 17-year-old will spend the season on loan for 2. Bundesliga side SV Elversberg. Though there were many interested takers for the young starlet, all parties involved settled on a stay in Germany.
“Paul has undeniable talent, a strong technique and great game intelligence,” SVE sporting director Ole Book noted in a statement, “He will be an great enhancement for our team and lend a new dynamic to our attack.”
“I am looking forward to the challenge at SV Elversberg,” the youngster himself added, “I want to play a successful season with the team and I wish to use this new opportunity to develop personally.”
