Bayern Munich are trying to get Harry Kane to wait on signing his contract extension at Tottenham, according to Bild. A potential transfer to Bavaria all depends on when/if Kane agrees to extend his current deal that expires in 2024. If he waits until next summer, Bayern believe they may be able to sign the striker.
When asked by Sky Germany, Sporting Director Hasan Salihamidzic stated that, “It’s too early to talk about it.” Kane will be 30 years old next summer and he’s yet to add a trophy to his collection.
A title is nearly a guarantee in Munich. The Bayern brass are hoping that he continues to postpone signing Tottenham’s contract proposal.
