Christoph Baumgartner wants to leave Hoffenheim at the end of the season, according to Kicker.
Several top clubs from the Bundesliga, as well as clubs from Italy, Spain and England, have Baumgartner on their radar, according to the report.
Liverpool and Manchester United have been linked with a move for Baumgartner, with Chelsea also said to be keeping tabs on the Hoffenheim star.
When Baumgartner extended his contract two years ago, a release clause of 30 million euros was included in the deal.
However, according to Kicker, the release clause would be almost halved if Hoffenheim are relegated from the Bundesliga.
Die Kraichgauer are currently bottom of the table, having lost their last seven league games.
