Barcelona defeated Getafe at Camp Nou in La Liga on Sunday night thanks to a goal from Pedri.
One of those present in the famous ground was Morocco international Sofyan Amrabat. Several fans informed Relevo of the 26-year-old’s presence in the stands as the two clubs went head-to-head in the league.
Under a discreet look and ‘protected’ by a cap, Amrabat experienced first-hand the atmosphere of Camp Nou. Relevo then made the necessary enquiries and received confirmation that the Fiorentina midfielder was indeed in Barcelona on Sunday.
Amrabat’s trip to Barcelona would have been strictly personal and the trip is reportedly not linked to the fact that Barça have him on their radar.
With a contract until 2024 and a market value of €25m, Amrabat is on the list of candidates to replace Sergio Busquets, as long as the player from Badia decides to end his time as a Barça player at the end of the current season.
Barça asked Fiorentina about Amrabat in December. The answer from the Italians was clear: €40m. In the summer, taking into account that it will be the last chance for the Serie A side to make money, the price could drop significantly.
