Barcelona star responds to Nico Williams’ snub with message of appreciation to Blaugrana

Barcelona star Dani Olmo dropped a clear and evident message of commitment to the Blaugrana cause, in the aftermath of Nico Williams’ latest snub being confirmed.

Wide-man Nico has of course dominated the headlines in Catalunya’s capital on Friday.

Unfortunately for those of a Barcelona persuasion, however, as much comes not to their benefit, but at their expense.

Just weeks on from agreeing to the terms of a contract with Hansi Flick’s side, prime transfer target Nico suddenly committed to a new long-term deal with Athletic Club.

News of as much has since gone down predictably poorly with those of a Blaugrana persuasion, feeling betrayed by a player who has now rejected their side two summers in a row.

As alluded to above, though, such supporters can take solace in the fact that their side’s marquee signing of the 2024 window remains fully committed to thriving at the Camp Nou.
