The brass at La Liga giants Barcelona have laid out their demands to their counterparts at Juventus, over a potential January deal for Ronald Araújo.
This comes amid a concerted push on Juve’s part to strike a deal for the Uruguayan international.
Araújo’s name has of course dominated the headlines across Spain and Italy alike over the course of recent days.
This comes after word was forthcoming that the stopper has made his way to the very top of the transfer wishlist at the aforementioned Juventus.
The Bianconeri, in fact, went as far as to table an opening offer for Araújo late this week.
As confirmed by Mundo Deportivo, as much was rejected by Barcelona, who followed up with a definitive statement: ‘The player is not for sale’.
And yet, in the case of both Juventus paying up, and Araújo requesting an exit, a transfer could be done.
This comes with it also noted that Barcelona would be willing to listen to offers in the region of €70 million this month.
